8” x 8” square oil painting on raised panel

I brought a few sunflowers at the market towards the end of the summer and had to paint them of course. They seemed to be asking for thick juice brush strokes like Van Gogh did - bold and bodacious!

Painted on raised birch panel 3/4” deep. Edges left natural wood. Unframed, ready to hang.
