8”x 10” horizontal oil painting on raised panel

Painted plein air and alla prima looking across the shallows towards Entrance Island and the mainland. You can see a hint of the lighthouse buildings with their red roofs. There were beautiful mauve tints in the clouds that day.

One 3/4”deep raised birch panel. Sides left natural wood. Framed in black floater frame.
